Joe grew up in Levittown,PA, and received a degree in Mechanics while  helping his father with his business.  Joe  began apprenticing with his father at the age of 12 and had developed a deep knowledge and understanding of running a successful enterprise. Joe inherited his father's unique insight and knowledge.  He carrys on the tradition started in the Weisenberger family many years ago.
